Join us at The Edge, Alderley Egde as we connect with nature, community, and ourselves through an outdoor vinyasa yoga practice and a delicious brunch.

We meet 9 am at the Wizard Tearoom - the walk will be about 10/15 minutes, stopping for an energizing 45 minutes vinyasa flow practice then heading back to warm up at the tearoom for our delicious brunch.

Don't forget to wrap up with plenty of layers, and bring your own mat. If you don't have a mat please let us know so we can bring some spares.

Please note, in case of rain, the event will most likely go ahead as we are lucky enough to be sheltered by a canopy of trees - however, we will do a standing yoga class to ensure we don't get too wet! In case of last-minute cancellations due to really bad weather - a full refund will be provided.

Your investment for the morning is £20 - which includes the class, Grow&Glow's energising morning tonic, and of course, The Wizard Tearoom brunch with a choice of a breakfast pot and a hot drink. The menu will be sent out the day before.
