Based on the general principles of acupuncture, Glow Seeds are small magnets used to stimulate pressure points in the ear, as a form of auriculotherapy.

Glow Seeds are placed on certain points, usually along meridian lines, to help clear up any energy or qi blockages. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, resolving these blockages may help the symptoms of a variety of health conditions.

These tools can be used to aid in the relief of symptoms for anxiety, stress, insomnia, digestive issues, and depression, to name a few, and encourage healing of the mind and body.

When placed on reflexes of the ear, these gold-plated ear seeds stimulate points that correspond to certain parts of the body, to help soothe any imbalances and bring yourself back into balance.
